A Code of Conduct for the Students of Ayush College of Nursing

Maintain honesty, integrity, and respect in all academic and clinical settings. Uphold the ethical principles of nursing, including patient confidentiality, dignity, and advocacy. Follow the guidelines set by the Nursing Council (e.g., NCLEX, NMC, or INC, depending on the country). Dress appropriately as per the college and hospital dress code.

Follow the hospital and college policies during clinical training. Always prioritize patient safety and well-being. Maintain confidentiality of patient records and medical information. Seek guidance from faculty and senior healthcare professionals when needed.

Show respect to faculty, staff, peers, patients, and their families. Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying. Work collaboratively as a team with colleagues and healthcare professionals.

Maintain minimum attendance as required by the institution. Be punctual for classes, exams, and clinical duties. Avoid disruptive behavior, including use of mobile phones in restricted areas.

Strictly prohibit the use of drugs, alcohol, or any intoxicants within the college and hospital premises. Report any substance abuse issues to the appropriate authority.

Do not share patient-related information or sensitive data on social media. Avoid posting any content that may harm the reputation of the institution or profession.

Report grievances or conflicts to the appropriate college authorities. Follow institutional procedures for conflict resolution in a professional manner.


Adhere to the laws and regulations governing nursing practice in the country. Report unethical or illegal practices to the concerned authorities.


Violations of the Code of Conduct may lead to disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspension, or expulsion, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
